The The platform connects the complete electric ride-hailing lifecycle in one system: passenger registration, ride booking, intelligent driver dispatch, real-time tracking, digital payments, driver operations, EV battery monitoring, charging station discovery, corporate transportation, fleet management, and operational analytics.

Passengers can request standard, shared, corporate, and scheduled rides through a mobile application, view estimated fares and travel times, track drivers in real time, complete payments, manage ride history, and provide ratings and feedback.

Drivers use the platform to receive and manage ride requests, navigate to passengers, track earnings and incentives, monitor EV battery levels, locate charging stations, and manage ride operations.

Administrators manage passengers, drivers, vehicles, corporate accounts, payments, dispatch operations, charging infrastructure data, promotions, incentives, support, and platform configuration through role-based dashboards.

The platform also supports corporate mobility workflows, allowing organizations to manage employees, transportation policies, ride approvals, corporate billing, invoices, and transportation analytics.
